I thought the Too Faced palette would be great for my work drawer, with some neutral shades for work, and some shimmer and colour for after work drinks. Unfortunately, the products I had high hopes for -- shimmery taupe with a hint purple eyeshadow on the bottom right, blush and bronzer -- are the weakest in this palette.
While the matte dark brown, the shimmery peach and the silvery gray shades are soft, buttery and very pigmented, the rest of the eyeshadows are hard and apply sheer and chalky. I had to go over the other colours several times for the colours to show up in these swatches.
I swatched the blush, the gloss and the bronzer quite heavily here so they look quite pigmented in my photos, if a little chalky (except gloss of course). On my cheeks, the blush and the bronzer don't impart much colour, just a lot of shimmer. The lip gloss is nice as a sheer colour for my lips.
Overall, the palette is average. I can work with some of the eyeshadows, and I would use the blusher and the brozer as highlighter on my medium skin tone. But the Sephora Mini Shopping Bag Palette remains my versatile work drawer palette.
